I’m a huge fan of Jan Thomas’ books and this is one of my favorites. I was hooked from the first page. The illustrations are so colorful and the characters are all kind-hearted. The characters each have their own quirks which you get to appreciate throughout The Giggle Gang Series. As you get familiar with them you learn that the cows are silly, Duck tends towards hysterics, Dog is more level-headed and Pig is well… Pig is stinky!
This book is very funny. And as I’ve written before, funny books can be just the ticket to get some kids to read.
Recommended for ages 1 through 5 years old.
